POLICIES
1. Uniform Policy
a) White T-Shirt and Blue Denims; White T-Shirt and Black/Blue/Grey Track-Pants.
b) White, blue, black, grey, navy blue socks.
c) White Sports Shoes.
d) Black / White hairpins or hairbands.
e) No nail-paint and/or mehendi, however can be allowed on occasions with prior permission.
2. Arrival & Departure Policy
a) There will be three warnings for late arrival as before. At the fourth instant, the child will be allowed to attend school but the parent will have to meet the principal and give an undertaking that this will not be repeated. In an unfortunate circumstance, if there is one more repetition of late arrival, the parent will now meet the principal to appeal for allowing the child and give a final declaration that this would be the last chance after which the child will be asked to stay home on the next day. This process holds good for a term.
3. Leave Policy
a) 100% attendance
b) For government / legal work, a maximum of 3 half-day leaves will be granted. However, these half-day leaves may be granted for reasons other then mentioned based on the Mentors discretion depending on the case.
c) For unavoidable circumstances, Parents have to apply for their ward's leave before going on leave (before making reservations) through e-mail to the grade advisory.
d) School reserves the right to grant / not grant leave asked for.
e) Black-out Days for Leave - (i) examination period (ii) in continuation of a long holiday / vacation (iii) school events
f) In case of a child remaining absent on the Black-Out days - 1 day of absence will be marked as 5 days of absence in the Report Card.
g) For leave on health grounds, providing a Medical Certificate is mandatory.
h) Leaves for trips and celebrations during school days are not a case for leaves.
4. Communication
a) For your ward's class related queries seek appointment with the Grade Advisory through email only.
b) In case of Emergency call the admin desk
5. Bridging Activity
a) BA will be given daily
b) Please ensure that the child does the BA on his/her own.
c) Tuitions - confusion / supplement / SMIS recommendations
6. Library Books
a) Library books will be issued once a week
b) Replace with a new copy, if the library book is lost / tampered with
7. Food
a) Send home-made food as per your ward's need for snack and lunch.
b) Child needs to bring 2 napkins everyday.
8. Birthday Celebration
a) Assembly Celebration
b) Safety and Confidentiality: we do not share personal details of any of our students.
